Visited our lot yesterday, a couple hunters came by, surprised that the property was now subdivided, said they didn't see any "no hunting" signs posted. Also saw a pile of dead coyotes upon entering sheep wash road. What are the rules (if any) regarding hunting?
I have a problem maybe someone here could help me? I have a road in need of maintance and the president Mr. Hume has told me he will not fix it. What do I do? The road is on the county map and I can not reach my property because of a wash that I can no longer cross. Thanks for your imput Keith 623 692 3515
Hello - went up and drove the roads over the weekend, beautiful condition, the repairs appear to be in good shape. I stopped by Keith's lot and it appears the road is now accessible. The lots that are back down Keith's road are a dramatic riverbed, not just a "wash" and are going to need a plan for access, as any significant rain or watershed event will wash this road and require repairs. Bert and I met with the lot owners in this unique section and proposed a compromise offer, if anyone is interested I would be happy to discuss, but I think it should be sufficient. There is simply no easy solution to lots that are positioned behind major natural river flood zones.
I'm very excited to meed everyone at the BBQ and annual meeting! I hope everyone can make it! It sounds like such a great time to meet all our neighbors!!
